Tuesday - 9 am - 5 pm (On the 3rd Tuesday of every month we will be open until 7 pm)
Wednesday - 9 am - 5 pm
Thursday - 9 am - 5 pm
Friday - By appointment only
Saturday - By appointment only
Sunday - Closed

Our practice policy necessitates our scheduled patients to contact us 48 hours in advance in order to change or cancel an existing appointment. Call us for further detail regarding this policy.
Our office building is located on the southwest corner of Washington and Wabash Streets at 25 E. Washington in the Loop. The entrance is next to Bally's Fitness and is on the same block as Old Navy. Our building also connects to the Pedway under Marshall Fields on State Street.
Valet parking is available on Wabash Street just south of Washington St.on the east (left) side of the street. There is a Valet Park Garage on Randolph St., one block north of our location, just west of Michigan Avenue. Macy's has a Self-Park Garage available on Randolph Street, just west of Wabash. If you park here we can validate your ticket thus reducing your cost to park!!! The Grant Park North Garage also offers parking and is accessible from north and south bound Michigan Ave.
State Street Bus Routes as well as the Brown, Purple, Orange, and Green Line stations at Madison & Wabash are less than a stone's throw from our building's entrance.
